Abstract:
This research aimed to study consumers behavior in the shooting range, the factors of marketing mix, and consumers external environments in SamKhok Shooting Range, study the relationship between personal factors, marketing mix, consumers external environments in SamKhok Shooting Range, and consumers behavior in SamKhok Shooting Range, and study marketing management of the SamKhok Shooting Range. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the sample group derived from randomly sampling 400 consumers who were using the services of SamKhok Shooting Range during February June, 2014. An in-depth interview form was also used with three managers of SamKhok Shooting Range. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Chi-Square test and Pearsons Correlation Coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1.Consumers behavior of using the service in the shooting range was at a high level. The factors of marketing mix and external environments related to consumers behavior in the shooting range were rated at the highest level and a high level, respectively. The issue about product was at a high level, and the issue on price was at the highest level, while the issue on place was at a high level. The issue on marketing promotion was also at a high level. Finally, the issue on external environments related to consumers behavior in the shooting range in general was at a high level. 2. According to the study of the relationship between personal factors, marketing mix, external environments and consumers behavior in SamKhok Shooting Range, the researcher found that gender, income, occupation, marketing mix, and external environments significantly correlated with consumers behavior at the SamKhok Shooting Range (p<.05). 3. According to interview results, the researcher found that the three key informants similarly expressed opinions about the product on the issue of standard shooting range, price on the issue of determination of fair price, place on the issue of convenient travel, marketing promotion on the issue of organizing party, and external environments on the issue of political problems.
