Abstract: ศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาได้ดำเนินการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุเพื่อการจัดเก็บรวบรวมเอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาให้เป็นระบบดิจิทัล และจัดทำกระบวนการแปลงข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์งานจดหมายเหตุให้อยู่ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลโดยใช้โปรแกรม MySQL ภาษา PHP ขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานเริ่มจากศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานจดหมายเหตุ ออกแบบระบบพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูล ทดลองใช้งานประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ การแก้ไขระบบ และนำออกให้บริการ จากการทดสอบและประเมินผลฐานข้อมูลด้านการออกแบบระบบพบว่าผู้ทดสอบและประเมินผลฐานข้อมูลมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับระบบฐานข้อมูลดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุในระดับมากการประเมินระบบฐานข้อมูลมีความเหมาะสมทุกระบบ ในส่วนของลักษณะ โดยทั่วไปของฐานข้อมูลรูปแบบตัวอักษรมีความเหมาะสมมีการจัดวางข้อมูลเป็นหมวดหมู่มีเอกลักษณ์ในการนำเสนอ สีที่ใช้มีความเหมาะสมสบายตา ด้านประสิทธิภาพข้อมูลที่นำออกมาใช้มีความถูกต้องการดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลมีความรวดเร็วปรับเปลี่ยนข้อมูลได้การแสดงผลลัพธ์ ทันต่อความต้องการมีความถูกต้องในการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเนื้อหามีความสมบูรณ์เหมาะสมถูกต้องตรงกับความต้องการสามารถค้นหาได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา

Abstract: Library Resources and Education Media Center, University of Phayao. Conducts the digital database archives to collect event data and publications activities of University Phayao, a digital system and process changes to the data relating to the conservation of archival work, are in a digital format by using the language PHP MySQL procedure in the operation starting from the feasibility study and analysis. Archival systems, system design, system development, database trial: evaluate the effectiveness of the system and fix the system. Take out from the services, testing and evaluation, database design, systems testing and evaluation is discovered by database includes system databases, digital archives, in many levels.
