Abstract:
This study is a survey research. The purpose of this study is to the participation of academic staff and support lines in solid waste management and compares the participation of academic staff and support lines in waste management in University of Phayao. The population used in this study is academic staff and support lines University of Phayao, 1,827 people. Sample group of 301 people, using a 5-step questionnaire to analyze data by using statistical software program to calculate the percentage, mean, standard deviation and the statistics used to test the hypothesis One-way analysis of variance (One-way Anova).
