Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการ การจัดการความรู้ในการนำนโยบายศีล 5 ไปปฏิบัติ ในตำบลโรงช้าง อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา แนวทางแก้ไขกระบวนการ การจัดการความรู้ในการนำนโยบายศีล 5 ไปปฏิบัติ ในตำบลโรงช้าง อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการพรรณนาข้อมูล โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 369 คน จากจำนวนประชากรในการวิจัย 4,760 คน ผลการศึกษา ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 26.02 ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.22 มีรายได้ต่ำกว่า 10,000 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.46 มีสถานภาพสมรส คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.37 สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.29 ผลการศึกษา สภาพการดำเนินงานกระบวนการ การจัดการความรู้ในการนำนโยบายศีล 5 ไปปฏิบัติ ในภาพรวม สภาพการดำเนินงานกระบวนการ การจัดการความรู้ในการนำนโยบายศีล 5 ไปปฏิบัติ ในตำบลโรงช้าง อำเภอป่าแดด จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านที่มีระดับสภาพการดำเนินงานกระบวนการ การจัดการความรู้ในการนำนโยบายศีล 5 ไปปฏิบัติสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประมวลผล และกลั่นกรองความรู้ รองลงมา ด้านการบ่งชี้ความรู้ และด้านที่มีระดับสภาพภาวะผู้นำการพัฒนาชุมชนของผู้นำชุมชน น้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการเข้าถึงความรู้ ""

Abstract: This research aimed to study the process of knowledge management in implementing the five Precepts policy in Rong Chang Sub-district, Pa Daet District, Chiang Rai Province. Moreover, it explored problems guidelines for organizing the process Knowledge in implementing the five Precepts policy in Rong Chang Sub district, Pa Daed District, Chiang Rai Province. According to personal information the sample group was 369 people who collected data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. In describing information. The results of the study of the data of personal information users in sex showed that most of the sample group were male, 26.02%, employed 22.22%, had income below 10,000, 41.46%, married status was accounted for 56.37 Bachelor's degree, 26.29% Overall at a high level For the aspect that has the highest operational level, namely, processing and screening knowledge, followed by knowledge indicators And the aspect with the lowest level of community development leadership status of the community leaders is the access to knowledge.
