Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare participation of teachers internal supervision in secondary schools located in Bangbow District, Samutprakarn Province according to educational levels and teaching experiences. The internal supervision was based on the concepts of Office of the Basic Education Commission including 1) the study of present problems and needs, 2) internal supervision plans, 3) creating teaching materials, 4) internal supervision practice and 5) internal supervision, The sample were 186 secondary school teachers in Bangbow District, Samutprakarn Province in the academic year 2017. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of five-Likert scales with reliability of 0.97. The statistics used in this study was descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics: Independent Samples t-test. It was found that overall participation of teachers internal supervision in secondary schools located in Bangbow District, Samutprakarn Province was at a high level. Ranking the most outstanding section to the least one was as follows: internal supervision practice, creating teaching materials, internal supervision, the study of states problems and needs and internal supervision plans respectively. In addition, the result of the comparison in internal supervision according to educational levels was statistically indifferent. However, it was statistically different in the participation of teachers internal supervision according to teaching experiences (p < 0.05)."
