Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study organizational socialization methods of mentoring system, newcomers proactive behaviors, and newcomer's work adjustment; and to study organizational socialization methods of mentoring system and newcomers proactive behaviors that affected to newcomer's work adjustment. The population consisted of 150 information technology organization's newcomers in Wattana and Yannawa District. Data were collected by using questionnaire. This study is a quantitative research. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study revealed that organizational socialization methods of mentoring system, newcomers proactive behaviors, and work adjustment were at a high level. Organizational socialization methods of mentoring system in psychosocial functions and newcomers proactive behaviors of relationship building with organizational members were affected by work adjustment with statistical significance at the p-value of 0.05.
