Abstract: ปัจจุบันได้มีวิธีการรักษาความเจ็บปวดจากโรคเรื้อรัง เช่น โรค office syndrome มากมาย การพัฒนาก้าวหน้าขึ้น ปัจจุบันมีการนำเครื่อง PEMF ซึ่งเป็นคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าที่นำใช้ในการรักษาบริเวณใบหน้า และคอ บ่าไหล่ได้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของระดับการเจ็บปวดที่ดีขึ้น อาจส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงคลื่นสมอง ทั้งโดยทางตรงและทางอ้อมได้ วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้ เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของเครื่อง Venus freeze ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงคลื่นสมองในคนที่มีอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อใน Office Syndrome อาสาสมัครทั้งหมด 8 คน เข้าร่วมในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกตามข้อกำหนด เข้ารับการรักษาโดยใช้เครื่อง Venus freeze และเก็บข้อมูลระดับความเจ็บปวดเป็น VAS และ คลื่นสมอง ก่อนและหลัง ได้รับการรักษา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความเจ็บปวด ลดลง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่คลื่นสมอง พบการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract: Many office worker were hard work. After that they had pain on shoulder, neck and back. It is called office syndrome. This syndrome could any treatment on heat form ultrasound. The Venus Freeze had pulse electromagnetic technology and can generate heat at 40c. Many study suggest that pulse electromagnetic could change alpha brain wave that’s relaxation brain wave. The aim of this study was to investigate whether there was any alterations in the multiple electrophysiological activities due to PEMF exposures The experiment was done eight volunteers, who was in good health, no congenital illness, no record of brain surgery, not taking medicines or drugs that affect to nervous system. The presented study investigated the effect of pulse electromagnetic field of Venus Freeze device upon the human electroencephalographic activities Participants was exposed to pulse electromagnetic field of Venus Freeze device technology; recording electroencephalographic activities both before and after treatment, Results suggest that VAS lower than after used Venus Freeze (statistic significant)and electroencephalographic activities was lowered then after used Venus Freeze device treatment (no statistical significant).
