Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study a status of learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province; 2) create a learning management strategy for primary school students in Chiangrai province; and 3) evaluate the developed strategy. Meantime, this research was divided into three phases: 1) find out learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province by using questionnaire with presidents of academy commissions, parent representatives, academy executives, and instructor representatives of primary schools located in Mae Chan district, Mae Sai district, Chiang Khong district and Chiang Saen district, totaling 118 cases. The questionnaire has a reliability of 0.94. In addition, A semi-structured interview was employed for interviewing 30 experts. 2) Create a strategy of learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province; fifteen experts were selected to examine appropriateness and feasibility of the strategies. 3) Evaluate the developed strategy in learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province by 118 academy executives in Mae Chan district, Mae Sai district, Chiang Khong district, and Chiang Saen district. Subsequently, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis were applied for data analysis.
The findings revealed that 1) the overall of each item of learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province was at a moderate level. 2) There were six strategies and nine measures for development on learning management for primary school students in Chiangrai province. 3) The evaluation result showed that the developed learning management strategy for primary school students in Chiangrai province are correct, feasible, and extensively beneficial at a high level.
