Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the decision of consumers on choosing food delivery in the Pakkret area, Nonthaburi province, in the marketing mix aspect, and compare their decision to use delivery service in the Pakkret area, Nonthaburi province in the marketing mix aspect, classified by personal factors. 400 samples were used to collect data. The statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The research found that most of the respondents are female, aged 31-40 years, marital status: divorced/deserted, Bachelor degree, a career as a state enterprise employee, monthly income of 20,001-30,000 Baht, and marketing mix factors were important for consumers decision-making to choose for delivery service in the Pakkret area Nonthaburi province. In the marketing mix aspect was at a high level of importance. Considering each aspect found the distribution channel was at the highest level, followed by the people aspect which was at the highest level and the process was at a high level which had the lowest mean.
Gender, marital status, education level, and monthly income had no influence on the respondents decision-making, but age and occupation had influence on their decision-making at .05 level of significance.
