A Study Of Working Problems On The Standards Of The Pre-School Development Center In The Local Administratve Organization, Chanuman District, Amnatcharoen Province
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the working problems on the standards of the Pre-school Development Center in the Local Administrative Organization, Chanuman district, Amnatcharoen province as perceived by teachers and the committee of the centers, classified by gender, position, and education level. The samples included 54 teachers and 110 committee of the centers in 2013 academic year. An instrument used for gathering data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The results revealed as follows:
1. The opinion of the teachers and the committee of the Pre-school Development Center in the Local Administrative Organization of Chanuman district, Amnatcharoen province on the problems concerning working on the standards of the center was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect found 2 aspects at moderate level: the standard of participation and support from community and the standard of building, environment, and safety.
2. Gender, position, and education level had no influence on their opinion concerning working problems concerning the standards of the Pre-school Development Center under the Local Administrative Organization in Chanuman district, Amnatcharoen province.
