A Study Of Academic Administration Using Quality Control Circle Of Basic School Administrators As Perceived By Teachers In Pathumratchawongsa District Under The Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office
Abstract:
The aimed of this research were to study academic administration using quality control circle of basic school administrators as perceived by teachers in Pathumratchawongsa District under the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, working experience, and size of school. The samples included 186 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire composed of 2 sections: section 1 was a check list, and section 2 was a 5-rating scale. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The results revealed that:
1. The teachers had their perception on the academic administration using quality control circle of the basic school administrators at a high level in all aspects, as follows: classroom research, instructional setting, assessment, quality assurance, curriculum and curriculum management, and internal supervision, respectively.
2. Gender, working experience, and size of school had influence on the teachers perception on the administrators academic administration using quality control circle at .05 level of significance.
