Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the levels of morale in Performance of the teachers in the primary schools under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by gender, age, education level, and salary. The population of this study included all 166 teachers in the primary schools under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using Arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The morale in performance of the teachers in the primary schools was at a high level. Considering each aspect found 1 aspect at the highest level: the welfare aspect, the other 4 aspects were at high level: the working conditions aspect, the advancement aspect, job security aspect, and the division aspect, respectively.
2. Gender and education level had no influence on morale of the teachers performance, but age and salary level had influence at .05 level of significance.
