Abstract:
The research aimed to study the participation of pre-school teachers towards academic administration at Child Development Centers in Narathiwat province, classified by their age, teaching experience, and teaching level. The samples consisted 140 teachers by simple random sampling. The instrument to compile information was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by computer in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The results of the research indicate that the teachers participation in academic administration was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: learning setting aspect, media, supervision, curriculum, research, assessment, respectively. Age, and teaching experience had influence on their participation in the Child Development Centers at .05 level of significance, but class level teaching had no influence on their participation.
