Abstract:
This research aimed to study the role of school board development of Klong Ban Rakat school under a jurisdiction of the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research process composed of 4 stages: planning stage of the operation, working procedure, the observation operation, and the process of reflection and performance. A joint study and contributors included 11 persons: 9 school board committee and 2 trainers. Innovation using for development consists workshop, study visit, and ringing knowledge into practice. The instruments used for gathering data were a test, interview, meeting notes and survey participation. Checking the quality of the data used triangulation monitoring and presented the results of the study by the descriptive analysis.
Findings were showed that
1. Knowledge and understanding on personnel management in the school found that the school board committee has knowledge and understanding on their roles more enthusiastic in expressing their opinions. They have comment for schools benefit.
2. Participation in the joint venture and joint recognition that the proposed requirements and the number of positions of teachers and educators in school districts offer to consider. Participation in the joint venture to contemplate recognition decisions insights on the personnel management of teachers and educational personnel in schools to school administrators. Participation in the joint venture to share ideas and get to know other duties as provided in this Act. According to the law, or the district assigned participation in the joint recognition.
