A Study On Teacher Performance Satisfaction Of Teachers In Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrangsanschool) School Under The Office Of Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area 2
Abstract:
This study aims to the investigate teachers satisfaction on their performance in Anubanchumchonbongbo (Supapipatrungsan) School under the Office of Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to their gender, work experience, and educational background. The population were 64 teachers of Anubanchumchonbongbo (supapipatrungsan) School in 2013 academic year by using a questionnaire concerning Herzbergs two-factor theory: motivation factors and hygiene factors. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, Arithmetic mean, and Standard Deviation.
The study result revealed that the teachers had their satisfaction on their performance at a high level (µ = 4.18, = 0.42), also found at high level in both factors: the motivation factors (µ = 4.19, = 0.42), and the hygiene factors (µ = 4.17, = 0.47).
