Abstract:
This study was consisted of 2 experiments. 1st Experiments studied the concentrations of xanthones from mangosteen extract of 6 levels are 0, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 milligrams per milliliter respectively. Used to test the performance inhibitors Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli which causes Metritis in swine. Found that concentrations of an extract xanthones from mangosteen at 15 milligrams per milliliter can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli which is better than the other levels when compared with size of clear zone. There is no different value statistically significant. The 2nd experiment studied the best concentration of extract xanthones from experiment 1 combined with Comasa in different proportions. Used to test inhibition Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli which causes Metritis in swine. The extract xanthones from mangosteen at 15 milligrams per milliliter mixed with comosa in a ratio levels 25 percent can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus is better than the other levels when compared with size of clear zone. There is no different value statistically significant. Ratio of Comosa 100 percent can inhibition of Escherichia coli is better than the other levels when compared with size of clear zone. There is no different value statistically significant.
