Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare creative leadership of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32, classified by educational level, work experiences and school sizes. The samples consisted of 341 teachers selected by using Krejcie & Morgan 's table and Multi-stage Sampling in line with school sizes. The research tool was a questionnaire with three parts: check list, five-rating scale, and open-ended form with the reliability of. 9677. The statistics used to analyze the obtained data were Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. Moreover, the hypothesis was tested by using t-test, One Way ANOVA. The research results revealed that: 1) The teachers opinions on Creative leadership of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 were overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that all aspects were also found at a high level, ranking from high to low: time management, trust, communication, teamwork and the using of technology respectively. 2) Having compared opinions on the aforementioned issue of the samples, classified by their educational level, it was found significantly different at the statistical level of. 05, classified by their work experiences, it was not found different in overall and classified by their school sizes, it was found significantly different at the statistical level of. 05
