Abstract:
1. The teachers' opinions toward school administrators about the academic administration in small-size schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole were at moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that learning management was at a high level whereas other aspects were at a moderate level. The aspects with the highest mean scores were learning management, followed by learning measurement and evaluation, curriculum and curriculum implementation, and learning media construction.
2. The results of a competition of teachers' opinions toward school administrators about the academic administration in small-size schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by education as a whole were not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that curriculum and curriculum implementation were different with statistical significance at .05 level. Other aspects were not different.
3. The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions toward school administrators about the academic administration in small-size schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by work experience as a whole were not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that learning management and evaluation were different with statistical significance at.05 level. Other aspects were not different.
4. The teachers' comments and suggestions toward school administrators about the academic administration in small-size schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were there should be budget for supporting material and learning media, followed by schools should provide modern equipment for teaching and learning, and teachers should be appropriate to the subjects taught or experience of teaching, respectively.
