Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study and compare four aspects of student's opinions toward effectiveness of administration by Buddhist Way of life School, in Satriwitthaya 2 School under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness The Princess Mother.The participants of this study were 501 teachers and students of Satriwitthaya 2 School under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness The Princess Mother in Semester 2 of academic year 2558. Tool used in data Collection was the questionnaires with 5-likert scales. The statistics were analyzed by using percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test Independent sample.
The research found out that
1.According to teachers opinions, the effectiveness of administration by Buddhist Way of Life School rank high in overall and for each aspect.The aspect of the management of physical characteristics of the Buddhist Way of Life School has the highest mean, followed by the aspect of the relationship between the Buddhist Way of Life School and its community and the aspect of activities of the Buddhist Way of Life School, respectively. The lowest mean was in the aspect of teachers development and the characteristics of teachers in the Buddhist Way of Life School as respectively. The students rank their opinions average in overall and for each aspect in the aspect of the relationship between the Buddhist way of life school and its community, they give the highest mean, followed by the management of physical characteristics of the Buddhist Way of Life School and the aspect of activities of the Buddhist Way of Life School, respectively. The lowest mean was in the aspect of teachers development and the characteristics of teachers in the Buddhist Way of Life School, as respectively.
2.The results after compared the opinions of both teachers and the students toward the effectiveness of administration by Buddhist Way of Life School reveal that the teachers and the students share similar beliefs in the aspects of activities of the Buddhist Way of Life School, physical characteristics of the Buddhist Way of Life School, and teachers development and the characteristics of teachers in the Buddhist Way of Life School. However, for the differences in the aspect of the relationship between the Buddhist Way of Life School and the community, the opinions of the teachers and the students were statistically significant difference (p = 0.05).
