Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to design and to develop a management model for the World-Class Standard Schools of secondary school under the office of the Basic Education Commission. The research procedures consisted of 4 steps as follows: (1) investigating the basic current concept for administration toward the World-Class Standard Schools. The participants were 10 school administrators of World-Class Standard Schools. The questionnaire was used for gathering the data and content analysis was used for data analyzing. (2) designing a management model for the World-Class Standard Schools. (3) developing the management model using 17 experts opinions through Delphi Technique. The research tool was a questionnaire with five-level scale. (4) proposing the management model for the World-Class Standard Schools of secondary school for the Basic Education Commission.
The research findings were that 1) The components of the management model were;
1) leadership, 2) strategic planning, 3) student and stakeholder focus, 4) Measurement, analysis and knowledge management, 5) Faculty and Staff focus, 6) Process Management, and
7) Performance Results. 2) The components of student performance, the outcomes were achieved by consisting of World-Class Standard and Quality System Management.
