Mostly, they earned 15,000-30,000 baht per month, country that they most interested in was Singapore. Their competency was at moderate level. Considering in each aspect, value was at the first place, then the ranks were down to skills, knowledge, respectively. For continuous professional development factors, the first rank was the development in engineering and the second rank was the professional development. The readiness of professional engineers in overall reached at moderate level. The first rank was value perception and understanding in different culture, the second rank was expressing international idea, and the third rank was the ability to speak of more than one language. It was found from testing hypothesis that different personal factor influenced on the readiness to work in ASEAN +3 countries with no difference. The study on competency of Thai engineers and continuous professional development show that the multiple correlation value between independent variables-competency, continuous professional development, and dependent variable - readiness were related to each other. The study on multiple regression analysis show that competency of Thai engineer had influenced on the readiness for the performance whilst continuous professional development had an impact on the readiness of Thai engineers to work in ASEAN +3 countries.
