Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine a level of satisfaction among Village Fund members with the administration of Village and Urban Community Fund, located in Amphoe Laem Sing, Chanthaburi Province. Also, this study aimed at comparing the level of satisfaction among these members with the administration of Village and Urban Community Fund as classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation, and amount of income. The data were collected from 377 Village Fund members, recruited by Yamanes formula (1973). The test of t-test was administered to compare the differences between independent variables with two groups. Also, the test of One-way ANOVA was used to compare the differences among variables with three groups onwards. The results of this study revealed that the subjects expressed the highest level of satisfaction with the administration of Village and Urban Community Fund. When considering each aspect, it was shown that the one in relation to monitoring aspect was rated the highest, followed by the aspects relating to organizational management, leadership, and planning, respectively. All of these aspects were rated at the highest level of satisfaction. Based on the results from the test of hypotheses, it was found that there were statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction among the subjects with different gender, occupation, and amount of income toward the administration of Village and Urban Community Fund, located in Amphoe Laem Sing, Chanthaburi Province. The hypothesis was, therefore, accepted. Finally, no statistically significant difference was found in the level of satisfaction among the subjects with different age towards the administration of Village and Urban Community Fund in Amphoe Laem Sing, Chantaburi Province. Thus, the hypothesis was rejected.
