Relative Factors to the Acceptance of Educational Information through the Internet of Bachelor's Degree Students, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis was to study relative factors to the acceptance of educationalinformation through the Internet of Bachelors Degree Students, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. The sampling groups for the research were 1,170 Bachelors Degree students who were studying at King Mongkuts University of Technology Thonburi. The sample group was to collect by the Stratified Random Sampling. The results revealed that the acceptance of the educational information of the students through the Internet was considered at a high level. Furthermore, Canonical Correlation Analysis to the acceptance of the educational information through the Internet of the students in the knowledge stage, persuasive stage, decision stage, implementation stage, and confirmation stage showed the highest proportion of the relations were in the percentage of 89.9, 62.1,25.5, 10.3 and 2.9 respectively. The 5 variables that influenced the acceptance were attitudes in terms of educational usage, attitudes in terms of convenience and rapidity of searching for educational information, attitudes in terms of perceptions characteristics of educational information through the Internet and attitudes in terms of usage promotion by instructors and the University.
