Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักฝึกอบรมในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการฝึกอบรมในภาคอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเทคนิคเดลฟาย ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ ของนักฝึกอบรมในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ จำแนกเป็น 3 ด้าน พบว่า สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ใน 1) ด้านก่อนการ ฝึกอบรมในเรื่อง (1) การหาความจำเป็นในการอบรมนั้น สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการ สำรวจความต้องการของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมให้ตรงกับความต้องการ (Median=4.70) (2) การจัดทำหลักสูตร สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรที่ ฝึกอบรม(Median=4.83) (3) การเตรียมการด้านการฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีทักษะในการ จัดเตรียมสถานที่ (Median=4.35) (4) การจัดทำเอกสารประกอบฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มี ความรู้ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเนื้อหาให้ตรงกับวัตถุประสงค์ในการอบรม (Median=4.75) 2) ด้านขณะฝึกอบรม (1) การดำเนินการฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีทักษะในการบริหารการอบรมให้ดำเนินไปตาม วัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ (Median=4.50) (2) การเป็นผู้บรรยาย สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือมีทักษะใน การบริหารเวลาในการฝึกอบรมได้ (Median=4.64) 3) ด้านหลังการฝึกอบรม การประเมินและติดตามผลการ ฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ (1) มีความรู้ในการกำ หนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการประเมิน (Median=4.64)

Abstract: This study aimed to study the desired competencies of training officers in automobile industry by using Delphi Technique. Our samples included 30 expert trainers in automobile industry to complete questionnaire of Delphi Technique. The result of the desired competencies of training officers in automobile industry comprise of 3 areas. 1) It has been found that the desired competencies for the area pre-training are: (1) In the aspect of training needs, the most desired competencies is knowledge about surveying the trainees needs so they can prepare a training course that best suite such needs. (Median=4.70) (2) Creating the training course; in this aspect, the most desired competencies is knowledge for setting the objective of the training course. (Median=4.83) (3) Preparing of the training, in this aspect, the most desired competencies is the ability to prepare the training facility. (Median=4.35) (4) Creating document for the training, in this aspect, the most desired competencies is the knowledge for preparing relevant content to the training’s objectives. (Median=4.75) 2) Moreover it has been found that the desired competencies for the area of during the training are: (1) Managing the training, in this aspect, the most desired competencies is the ability to manage the training, in line with the specified objectives. (Median=4.50) (2) Ability as a speaker, in this aspect, the most desired competencies is the ability to manage time of the training. (Median=4.64) 3) Finally the desired competencies on the area of after the training is evaluating and following up after the training, In this aspect, the most desired competencies is (1) Knowledge for setting evaluating objective. (Median=4.64)
