Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านชุมแสง ตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านชุมแสง ตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อผลิตบ้านชุมแสง ตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 297 คน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ t และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านชุมแสงตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า สมาชิกมีความพึงพอใจ สวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาล เป็นอันดับแรกรองลงมา คือ สวัสดิการรับขวัญแรกเกิด และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ สวัสดิการเงินกู้และผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านชุมแสง ตำบล หมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี พบว่า สมาชิกกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านชุมแสง ตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรีที่มีเพศอายุระดับการศึกษาอาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนไม่แตกต่างกัน ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษา สามารถกำหนดได้ดังนี้ ก) ควรลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ลงเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน ข) ควรลดเงื่อนไขระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกลดลงให้อยู่ระหว่าง 20-30 ปี เพื่อได้รับสิทธิสวัสดิการเบี้ยบำนาญผู้ชราภาพ ค) ควรจัดหาเงินทุนหมุนเวียนใน รูปเงินกู้ระยะสั้นเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ สำหรับกลุ่มสมาชิกที่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม หรือมีการศึกษาในระดับค่อนข้างสูง

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to examine and compare the level of satisfaction among members toward the management of community fund by Ban Chum Saeng Saving Group for Production located in Mornnang Sub-district, Amphoe Panusnikom, Chon Buri Province. The data were collected by a questionnaire from 297 members of Ban Chum Saeng Saving Group for Production. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test , and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study revealed that the level of satisfaction among members toward the management of community fund by Ban Chum Saeng Saving Group for Production was found at a high level.Specifically, they were satisfied the most with the aspect in relation to medical benefits, followed by gifts for newly-born babies, and loan fundscheme, respectively. Based on the results from the comparison, it was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in level of satisfaction toward the management of community fund by Ban Chum Saeng Saving Group for Production among the subjects with different gender, age, educational level, occupation, average monthly income, and length of membership. Based on these results, it was suggested that, firstly, the interest rate for loan should be decreased in order to be in line with current economic condition. Also, in order for members to be eligible for aging pension, the condition in relation to the length of membership to receive this benefit should be reduced to 20-30 years.Finally, a short-term loan scheme should be offered to members who were in agricultural sectors or those with a rather high level of education.
