Abstract: The purposes of the research were to analyze, to design and to construct a Computer InstructionalPackage on Operation and Maintenance of Multimedia Technology Equipments and to evaluateefficiency of the package, learning effectiveness, and learners’ satisfaction toward the package. Theresearch tools were 1) the Computer Instructional Package on Operation and Maintenance ofMultimedia Technology Equipments 2) achievement tests and 3) questionnaire of learners’satisfaction. The sampling group of 30 students were studying in the Computer Education andMultimedia Department, School of Industrial Education, King Mongkut’s University of TechnologyThonburi. The research results revealed that the efficiency of the Computer InstructionalPackage was at 94.53 / 89.38, which was higher than criteria set of 80/80. The analysis of pre - testand post - test scores for the learners’ effectiveness showed that the efficiency after theprocess (Epost) = 89.38 was higher than the efficiency before the process (Epre ) = 26.83. Thereforethe Computer Instructional Package on Operation and Maintenance of Multimedia TechnologyEquipments could increase the learning effectiveness = 62.55 (it met the criteria set of higher than60). The mean of satisfaction of the sampling group was rather at a high level of 3.92. As a result,the Computer Instructional Package on Operation and Maintenance of Multimedia TechnologyEquipments could be good enough to be used as self - study materials for e - Learning.
