Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อการออกมาตรการทางกฎหมาย เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องจําหน่ายน้ำดื่มแบบหยอดเหรียญ และพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการ เครื่องจําหน่ายน้ำดื่มแบบหยอดเหรียญ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริโภคในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน จํานวน 385 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้สถิติ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง สําเร็จการศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ประกอบอาชีพค้าขาย/ อาชีพอิสระ มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 10,001 ถึง 20,000 บาท ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามพบว่า เห็นด้วยมากที่สุดต่อการออกมาตรการทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องจําหน่ายน้ำดื่มแบบหยอดเหรียญ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณลักษณะเครื่องจําหน่ายน้ำดื่มแบบหยอดเหรียญ ด้านแหล่งน้ำ และการปรับปรุงคุณภาพน้ำ ด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพมาตรฐานน้ำบริโภค ด้านการบํารุงรักษา และการทําความสะอาด และท้ายที่สุดด้านการบันทึกและการรายงานพบว่า เห็นด้วยมากที่สุดในทุกด้าน เช่นเดียวกัน ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่า ผู้บริโภคที่มีเพศการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ในส่วนพฤติกรรมในการใช้บริการเครื่องจําหน่ายน้ำดื่มแบบหยอดเหรียญเฉลี่ย 3 ถึง 4 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ในช่วงเวลา 20.01 น. ถึง 22.00 น. ปริมาณน้ำโดยเฉลี่ยต่อครั้ง พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นปริมาณ 10 ลิตรขึ้นไป คิดเป็นจํานวนเงิน 10 บาทขึ้นไป มีสาเหตุในการใช้เนื่องมาจากที่พักไม่มีเครื่องกรองน้ำ

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to examine opinions towards legal measures for drinking water vending machine business and behavior on using drinking water vending machines in Baan Suan Municipality, Amphoe Mueang, ChonBuri Province. The subjects participating in this study were 385 consumers living in Baan Suan Municipality. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. To test the research hypotheses, the tests of t-test and One-way ANOVA were administered. The results of the study revealed that the majority of the respondents were female, holding a high school certificate, running a business/ doing a freelance work, and earning 10,001- 20,000 baht per month. Also, it was found that they agreed with the legal measures for drinking water vending machine business. Specifically, they agreed at the highest level with six aspects of the legal measures for drinking water vending machine business. These included the ones in relation to the specification of drinking water vending machines, water resources, water quality improvement, standard quality control for drinking water, machine maintenance and cleaning, recording and reporting. Based on the test of hypotheses, it was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of opinions towards legal measures for drinking water vending machine business among the subjects with different gender, occupation, and amount of monthly income. Regarding the behavior on using drinking water vending machines, the subjects used them 3-4 times per week at 8.01-10:00 p.m. and more than 10 liters each time which cost them more than 10 baht. The subjects needed to use drinking water vending machines as they did not own a water purifying machine at home.
