Abstract: การศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเคมีจากกิ่งของต้นสาธรด้วยวิธีทางโครมาโทกราฟี สามารถแยกสารบริสุทธิ์ได้ทั้งหมด 9 สาร โดยเป็นสารกลุ่มชาลโคล 2 สาร (A และ G) สารกลุ่มฟลาโวน 5 สาร (B-F) และสารกลุ่มไอโซฟลาโวน 2 สาร (H และ I) โครงสร้างของสารทั้งหมดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคทาง สเปกโทรสโกปี เช่น 1D (1H, 13C NMR และ DEPT) และ 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, COSY และ NOESY) นำสารบริสุทธิ์ B, C และ E ทดสอบฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อราต่อเชื้อ Pythium insidiosum พบว่าไม่มีฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อรา นอกจากนี้นำสารบริสุทธิ์ A-H ไปทดสอบการต้านอนุมูลอิสระด้วยวิธี ABTS และ DPPH พบว่าสารทั้งหมดแสดงฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระด้วยค่า IC50 >200 g/mL

Abstract: The chemical investigations from the branches of Millettia leucantha by chromatographic separation afforded nine pure compounds. They were two chalcones (A and G), five flavones (B-F) and two isoflavones (H and I). All known structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D (1H, 13C NMR and DEPT) and 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY) methods. Pure compounds B, C and E were evaluated for antifungal activity against Pythium insidiosum. The results showed no antifungal activity. Furthermore, all structures were tested antioxidant activity by using ABTS and DPPH methods. Unfortunately, they showed antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of >200 g/mL.
