Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยองค์กรของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัด ร้อยเอ็ด 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 3) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหาร และครู โรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดจำนวน 294 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจง ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้สถิติการถดถอย พหุคูณแบบลำดับขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยองค์กรของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายปัจจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจาก มากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะบุคคลในองค์กร ด้านลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านลักษณะ นโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติ และด้านลักษณะองค์กร ตามลำดับ 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ การ บริหารวิชาการ การบริหารทั่วไป การบริหารงบประมาณ และการบริหารงานบุคคล ตามลำดับ 3. การสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนใน จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด พบว่าปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของนโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติ (X4) เป็นตัวแปร พยากรณ์ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดได้ดีที่สุด อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ .866 และมีอำนาจของการ พยากรณ์เท่ากับร้อยละ 75.0 เมื่อเพิ่มตัวแปรพยากรณ์ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของบุคคลในองค์กร (X3) ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะองค์กร (X1) และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของสภาพแวดล้อม (X2) โดยตัวแปรพยากรณ์ ดังกล่าวสามารถร่วมกันอภิปรายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัด ร้อยเอ็ด ได้ร้อยละ 78.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยในรูปคะแนน ดิบ คือ .470, .191, .128 และ .120 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ .500, .185, .129 และ .123 ตามลำดับ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบ Y/ = .385 + .470X4 + .191X3 + .128X1 + .120X2 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z/ y = .500zx4 + .185zX3 + .129zx1 + .123zx2

Abstract: This research aimed to 1) investigate the organizational factors affecting the effectiveness of private schools in Roi Et Province, (2) explore the effectiveness of private schools in Roi Et Province, and (3) develop a prediction model of the effectiveness of private schools in Roi Et Province. The participants in the research were 294 administrators and teachers in private general education school. The research instrument was a five-point likert scale questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression were employed for data analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Average ratings for organizational factors affecting private schools’ effectiveness in Roi Et Province were at a high level in overall and in each aspect. The factors were ranked by their average ratings from the highest to lowest as follows: personnel’s characters, environment, administrative policies and practices, and organization’s characters. 2. The level of the effectiveness of the private schools in Roi Et Province was at a high level both in overall and in each aspect. The four areas of school effectiveness framework were ranked by their average ratings from the highest to lowest as follows: academic administration, general administration, budget administration, and personnel administration. 3. In deriving a prediction model for school effectiveness, administrative policies and practices (X4) was a significant predictor variable for school effectiveness of the private schools in Roi Et Province with statistical significance at.01 (p<.01, R=.866, power of prediction at 75%). The power of prediction was increased to 78.5% with statistical significance at.01 when adding following predictor variables into the model: workers’ characters (X3), organization’s characters (X1) and environment (X2). ค The coefficient regression of raw marks was .470, .191, .128 and .120. And the coefficient regression of standard marks was .500, .185, .129 and .123 respectively.
