The relationship between the administration of small-size school administrators and the strategic management in schools under Angthong primary educational service area office
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the administration of small-size school
administrators under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to study the strategic
management in schools under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) to study
the relationship between the administration of small-size school administrators and the strategic
management in schools under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office.
The population used in this study was 96 small-size school administrators under
Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a five-rating scale
questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard
deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of this research were as follows: 1) the administration of small-size schools
administrators under Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level for
overall aspects, 2) the strategic management in schools under Angthong Primary Educational
Service Area Office was at a high level for overall aspects, and 3) the relationship between the
administration of small-size school administrators and the strategic management in schools under
Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office was overall positive with a statistical
significance at the level of .01.
