Abstract:
The study aimed to investigate the employees expectancy to the work performance, Play
Digital Co., Ltd. Five people were employed by the In-depth interview and twenty nine employees
by the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA
and Pearson product moment correlation.
The findings from the In-depth interview revealed that the wage and the welfare of
employees expectancy to the work performance are at the highest significance since it is the first
thing that comes to the mind when getting the job. After being the employee, the relationship with
the supervisor were highly significant consistency by the respondents towards the overall expectancy
factors with chronologically high level to low level in accordance to the relationship with the
supervisors, the peers, the job security, the environment, and the wages and the welfare. The work
performance of the sample group was at the high level; the respectively means of the work
performance and the personal issue were at 4.20 and 3.86. Moreover, it was found that all influence of employees expectancy to work performance was positively correlated. The relationship with the supervisors was highly moderated correlated at the significance level of 0.05.
