A STUDY OF READINESS AND PARTICIPATION CONCERNING EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE OPINION OF THE SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE IN ANG THONG PROVINCE
Abstract:
The Purposes of this research were to study and compare the readiness and
participation concerning the educational management according to the opinion of the sub-district
administration organization committee in Ang Thong province. The samples were 220 committee
from 44 sub-district administration organizations With 5 positions form each sub-district :
presidents, deputy presidents, chief administrators, administrative members and assistant subdistrict
officers. The data were collected by questionnaire, which is divided into 5 main categories
comprising budget, personnel, quality development and control, equipment, materials and
buildings. The statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and
F-test for One - Way analysis of variance and Post - Hoc comparison by Sheffe's method. The
results were as follows:
1. The readiness concerning the educational management by the opinion of the subdistrict
administration organization committee was at the middle level.
2. The participation concerning the educational management by the opinion of the subdistrict
administration organization committee was at the middle level.
3. The readiness concerning the educational management of the sub-district
administration organization committee with various positions was different at the statistical
significance of .05.
4. The participation concerning the educational management by the opinion of the subdistrict
administration organization committee with various positions was different at the
statistical significance of .05.
