Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study personnel factors affecting decision making on integrated marketing communication of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in terms of personal factors and decision making.
The respondents of this study were 400 graduate students of the Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi selected via simple random sampling. In terms of data analysis, the descriptive statistics used was percentage, mean, standard deviation while the inferential statistics was Independent Samples t-test and One-way ANOVA.
The study revealed that the Integrated Marketing Communication of Rajamangala. University of Technology Thanyaburi was in overall, at a very high level. Moreover, the results of the study showed that personal factors in terms occupation and income has no significant difference in relation with the decision making associated in. Integrated Marketing Communication of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at 0.05 significant level.
