A STUDY OF CONDITIONS, PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT APPROCHES OF THE SCHOOL CHARTER SETTING IN THE SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF ANG THONG EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the conditions, problems,
solutions, and development approaches of the school charter setting in the schools classified by
educational management levels under the office of Ang Thong Educational Service Area.
The samples consisted of 138 schools in the academic year 2003 by simple random sampling.
The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one - way analysis of
variance. The research results are as follows :
1. The conditions of the school charter setting on planning, doing, checking, and
acting as a whole were at high level
2. The problems of the school charter setting as a whole were at low level.
3. The problem solution guidelines of the school charter setting as a whole and in all
amcts were at high level, but the performance of acting was at medium level.
4. The development guidelines of the school charter setting as a whole were at high
level, but the performance of planning and acting were at medium level.
5. The schools under the office of Ang Thong Educational Service Area with
different education management levels had conditions, problems, solutions, and development
approaches not different at the statistical significance of .05.
