Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาระดับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธ ๒) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างระดับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธของผู้สูงอายุจำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและ ๓) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยจิตสังคมกับระดับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน ๑๘๘ คน เครื่องมือสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ,ค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, ทดสอบค่าที, One Way ANOVA และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย ๑) ข้อมูลทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ ๗๕ ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง ๗๑-๘๐ ปี (ร้อยละ ๕๘.๕๑) สถานภาพการสมรสส่วนใหญ่เป็นโสด (ร้อยละ ๘๒.๙๘) อาชีพส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว/ค้าขาย (ร้อยละ ๔๓.๐๙) ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่าเป็นส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ ๘๖.๑๗) ส่วนรายได้ต่อเดือนนั้นส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่ำกว่า ๕,๐๐๐ บาทต่อเดือน (ร้อยละ ๘๓.๕๑) ๒) ระดับการรับรู้ปัจจัยจิตสังคม พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร มีระดับการรับรู้ปัจจัยจิตสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๙๓, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = ๐.๖๙) จัดลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ลำดับ ๑ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๕๕) ลำดับ ๒ เจตคติที่ดีต่อการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๔๗) ลำดับ ๓ ความเชื่ออำนาจภายใน-ภายนอกตนเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๔๐) ลำดับ ๔ การสนับสนุนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองจากบุคลากรภายในศูนย์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๒๑) และลำดับ ๕ การสนับสนุนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองจากบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๓.๘๖) ๓) ระดับการรับรู้สุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธ พบว่ามีระดับการรับรู้สุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธในระดับ มาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๔๔, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = ๐.๓๖) จัดลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ลำดับ ๑ ด้านปัญญาภาวนา (ปัญญา) (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๘๙) ลำดับ ๒ ด้านศีลภาวนา (สังคม) (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๘๖) ลำดับ ๓ ด้านจิตตภาวนา (อารมณ์) (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๔.๔๖) ลำดับ ๔ ด้านกายภาวนา (กาย) (ค่าเฉลี่ย = ๓.๕๘) ๔) ความแตกต่างในระดับการรับรู้สุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธ พบว่า เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส อาชีพเดิมและระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดของผู้สูงอายุไม่ส่งผลต่อความแตกต่างต่อระดับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธ แต่รายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้สูงอายุพบว่าส่งผลต่อความแตกต่างต่อระดับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ๐.๐๕ ๕) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยจิตสังคมและสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธ พบว่าปัจจัยทางจิตด้านการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธด้านกายและด้านอารมณ์เล็กน้อย แต่ในด้านสังคมและด้านปัญญามีความสัมพันธ์มาก นอกจากนี้พบว่า ปัจจัยทางจิตด้านเจตคติที่ดีต่อการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธด้านกายและด้านอารมณ์น้อย แต่ในด้านสังคมและด้านปัญญามีความสัมพันธ์มาก ปัจจัยทางจิตด้านความเชื่ออำนาจภายใน-ภายนอกตนเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธทุกด้านน้อยไปจนถึงปานกลาง ปัจจัยทางสังคมด้านการสนับสนุนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองจากบุคลากรภายในศูนย์ฯมีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธทุกด้านในระดับต่ำ ในส่วนสุดท้ายปัจจัยทางสังคมด้านการสนับสนุนด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองจากบุคลากรทางการแพทย์มีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะองค์รวมแนวพุทธในระดับต่ำ โดยเฉพาะด้านอารมณ์ที่มีแสดงผลเชิงลบอันแสดงถึงความสัมพันธ์ที่แปรผกผันกัน

Abstract: The main objectives of this research are : (1) to study the level of Buddhist holistic health. (2) to study the difference of Buddhist holistic health of the elderly separated according to personal information and (3) to study the relationship between psycho-social factors and level of Buddhist holistic health. Population is 188 elderlies in Ban Bang Khae social welfare development center for elder persons Bangkok. The tool for collecting data is questionnaire and statistics to be used consist of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA and the findings of this research are concluded as follows: 1) General information Most of the elderly are female (75%), 71-80 years of age (59%), and single (83%). Mostly Their occupation is private business/trading (43.09%), highest education level is the secondary school or lower (86.17%) and monthly income is lower than 5,000 per month (83.51%) 2) Perception levels of Psycho-social factors This research founded that totally perception level of Psycho-social factors the elderlies at Ban Bang Khae Social Welfare Development Center for elder persons Bangkok is much (M= 4.93, S.D.= 0.69). When considered specific aspect in descending order it founded that 1. Perception of ability of oneself on taking care of health (M= 4.55). 2. Good attitude on taking care of the health of oneself (M= 4.47). 3. Belief internal-external powers concerning taking care of health of oneself (M= 4.40). 4. Supporting on taking care of the health of oneself from personal within in the center (M= 4.21). 5. Supporting on taking care of the health of oneself from physical personal (M= 3.86). 3) Perception on Buddhist holistic health It founded that the level of perception on Buddhist holistic health is much (M=4.44, S.D.= 0.36) and specific aspects in descending order are as following : 1. Wisdom development (M= 4.89). 2. Moral development (M= 4.86). 3. Emotional development (M= 4.46). 4. Physical development (M= 3.58). 4) The difference among perception levels of Buddhist holistic health It founded that the elderlies categorized by sex, age, marital status, old occupation and the highest education have no different level of Buddhist holistic health. However monthly income effected to level of Buddhist holistic health of the elderlies at significant level 0.05 5) Relationship between psycho-social factor and Buddhist holistic health. There is less relationship between Psychological factors of perception of oneself ability on taking care of health and Buddhist holistic health on physical and emotional developments are less, and much level on relationship between Psychological factors of perception of oneself ability on taking care of health and Buddhist holistic health on moral and wisdom development are much. Moreover, there is less level of relationship between good attitude on taking care of the health of oneself and Buddhist holistic health concerning physical and emotional development, but relationship between good attitude on taking care of the health of oneself and social and intelligent development are in much level. The relationship between factors of belief internal-external powers concerning taking care of health of oneself and Buddhist holistic health in every aspect of development running between less to moderate level. There is low level of relationship between factors of supporting on taking care of the health of oneself of persons within in the center and Buddhist holistic health in every aspect of development. Finally, there is low level relationship between factors of Supporting on taking care of the health of oneself from physical personas and Buddhist holistic health, especially this study founded negative relationship between factors of supporting on taking care of the health of oneself of persons within in the center and Buddhist holistic health on emotion development.
