Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ โรงเรียนกรณีศึกษา 6 แห่ง ซึ่งมีผลการปฏิบัติที่เป็นแบบอย่างด้านการบริหารด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นผู้บริหารและครู โรงเรียนละ 5 คน รวม 30 คน จัดทำรูปแบบและคู่มือ ประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา 19 คน พร้อมทั้งประเมินรูปแบบและคู่มือ แล้วนำเสนอผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาด้านความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยการประชุมผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยประกอบด้วย 1. หลักการได้แก่ หลักการบริหาร หลักการบูรณาการ และหลักการใช้เครือข่าย 2. วัตถุประสงค์ได้แก่ การบริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 3. กลไกการดำเนินงานได้แก่ นโยบายยุทธศาสตร์และทิศทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนฯ แบบยั่งยืน งบประมาณในการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการบริหารงานโดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน ซึ่งจะมาคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนเป็นผู้ควบคุมและนำไปใช้อย่างสอดคล้องตรงตามมาตรฐาน 4. วิธีดำเนินการได้แก่ การวางแผน การจัดการองค์กร การนำและการควบคุม ซึ่งดำเนินการผ่านงานทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคลากรและด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป 5. การประเมินผล โดยประเมินความสำเร็จของกระบวนการนำรูปแบบมาใช้ในการบริหารและประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหาร ครู ที่นำรูปแบบมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียน 6. เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตระหนักในความจำเป็นของการพัฒนา การประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่ายโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง และบุคลากรทุกคนให้ความร่วมมือในการบริหารงาน ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก The research aimed to propose the administrative model for the schools affiliated to the Thailand Christian Council Foundation. Data were collected from 6 exemplary schools that had an outstanding performance on the administrative management. A total of 30 participants, randomly selected of 5 administrators and 5 teachers from each target schools, were interviewed. The model and manual were developed and validated by 19 educational experts for the appropriateness and possibility. The model and manual developed were evaluated on the appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness and proposed in the meeting of 21 associated educated experts. Research instruments used were questionnaire, in-depth interviewing form, model evaluation forms on the appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness. Statistical included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: The elements of propose model for the schools affiliated to the Thailand Christian Council Foundation were 1. Principles included the administrative management, the integration, and the networking utilization, 2. Objectives included the effectiveness of school administration, 3. Systematic procedures included strategic policies and directions towards the sustainable approach, allocated budget, professional development, and stakeholder engagement that work cooperatively with the school committee to conform to the standard set, 4.procedural methods included planning, organization managing, leading, and controlling that proceeded through four aspects of academic, allocation, personnel, and general administration, 5. Evaluation processes included the successfulness in implementing the model and the satisfaction of administrators and teachers in using the model for the administrator’s management, and 6. Conditions of successfulness included the administrator’s awareness of model necessity, the continual cooperation between school networks, and the personnel collaboration. The overall results on the evaluation of the model for school affiliated to the Thailand Christian Council Foundation were at the highest level. The possibility and the usefulness results were at high level.
