Therefore, every aircraft must be attended to the maintenance schedule regarding the aircrafts flight-hour and environment. During the maintenance period, however, airline company has none of revenue but maintenance cost. This circumstance is not desired for any airline company, particularly, the low-cost airlines. This research presents a modeling of aircraft heavy maintenance, C-check level, of Boeing 777-300ER that has never been planned before. It applies DSM to re-arrange the relationships of maintenance activities. Then it creates the network information from the results of DSM by using VBA commands in Microsoft Excel. It consequently creates a maintenance schedule by using VBA commands in Microsoft Project. The maintenance schedule represents in a Gantt chart format including maintenance tasks, duration, and resource needed. It also creates the maintenance documents for engineers and technicians who perform the maintenance tasks. The result of implementation, compared to other aircraft maintenance planning with similar size and workload, can reduce the planning time by 13.25%. And expect to reduce maintenance time by 16.67%. In addition, it can reduce errors in maintenance planning.
