Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่อง การศึกษาความต้องการของบุคลากรในการจัดทำรายงานด้วยระบบ SCADA ของบริษัท ไทยเมทัลโพรเซสซิ่ง จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของบุคลากรในการจัดทำรายงานด้วยระบบ SCADA ของบริษัทไทยเมทัลโพรเซสซิ่ง จำกัด โดยรวมและแต่ละด้านคือ ด้านข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิต ด้านการบริหารจัดการและด้านเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศจากประชากรทั้งหมด 91 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ Rating scale โดยกำหนดการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive analysis) ได้แก่ อัตราร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) เพื่อวัดค่าเฉลี่ยและการกระจายของข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของบุคลากร ในการจัดทำรายงานด้วยระบบ SCADA ของบริษัทไทยเมทัลโพรเซสซิ่ง จำกัด โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโดยรวมอยู่ที่ 0.851 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่าความต้องการของบุคลากรในการจัดทำรายงานด้วยระบบ SCADA ของบริษัท ไทยเมทับโพรเซสซิ่ง จำกัด โดยภาพรวมมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับสูงค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.93 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความต้องกการด้านข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิต เป็นอันดับหนึ่ง รองลงมาคือ ด้านเทคโนโลยสีารสนเทศและด้านการบริหารจัดการ ตามลำดับ ซึ่งพบว่า มีค่าความต้องการอยู่ในระดับสูงทั้ง 3 ด้าน ทั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ตรวจวัดเพิ่มเติมและนำมาเชื่อมต่อเข้ากับระบบ SCADA เพื่อเพิ่มฐานข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงาน จัดตั้งคณะทำงานเพื่อดูแลระบบ SCADA โดยกำหนดให้แผนกเทคนิคและประกันคุณภาพเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ และประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ทุกส่วนงานได้ทราบถึงลักษณะการทำงานของระบบ SCADA

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs for making a report with SCADA system among employees working for Thai Metal Processing Co, Ltd. The focuses of the study were on the information in relation to production process, administrative management, and information technology. The population participating in this study was 91 employees working for Thai Metal Processing Co, Ltd. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The descriptive analysis techniques, including percentage, frequency, means, and standard deviation, were used for means calculation and measures of dispersion in relation to the needs for making a report with SCADA system among employees working for Thai Metal Processing Co, Ltd. The reliability of the questionnaire was found at 0.851. The results of this study revealed that the level of needs for needs for making a report with SCADA system among employees working for Thai Metal Processing Co. Ltd was found at a high level with means score of 3.93. When considering each aspect, they needed the information in relation to production process at the highest level, followed by information technology, and administrative management, respectively. The needs for these three aspects of information mentioned were rated at a high level by the employees. Regarding the suggestions, new databases that are necessary for work should be added. Also, a working committee for monitoring SCADA system should be appointed. This could be accomplished by assigning employees working for technical division and division of quality assurance to be in charge of the system. Finally, employees in each work unit should be clearly informed of working features and system of SCADA
