Abstract:
The purposes of this research was 1) to study the level of perceived organizational justice by the employees of HI - Q Plas Company Limited, 2) to study the level of organizational loyalty of HI - Q Plas Company Limited employees, and 3) to study how the level of perceived organizational justice affects employees loyalty at HI - Q Plas Company Limited. The sample consisted of 134 participants. The research instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that: 1. The perceived organizational justice by the employees was, as a whole at a moderate level. When considering the average of each aspect, we found that the employees level of perceived organizational justice was at a moderate level for all aspects. In decreasing order, they were as follows: perceived organizational justice in interpersonal relations, perceived organizational justice in results and perceived organizational justice in processes. 2. Employee loyalty at HI - Q Plas Company Limited was, as a whole, at a high level. When considering each individual aspect, we found that the level of employee loyalty was at a high level for all aspects. In decreasing order, they were as follows: behavioral aspect, affective aspect and cognitive aspect. 3. Overall perceived organizational justice moderately affected employee loyalty at HI - Q Plas Company Limited, (rxy=0.614) at the statistically significant level of 0.05. Considering each aspect individually, the findings showed that the relationship was moderate at the statistically significant level of 0.05. Those aspects were: perceived organizational justice in interpersonal relations (rxy = 0.649), perceived organizational justice in processes (rxy = 0.523) and perceived organizational justice in results which was at a low level (rxy = 0.187). The analysis of the multiple linear regression of perceived organizational justice affecting employee loyalty at HI - Q Plas Company Limited revealed that the results were 42.60 percent (R2 = 0.426) accurate. The results also showed that the perceived organizational justice in interpersonal relations (ß = 0.630) was statistically significant at 0.05.
