Abstract:
The study was to find out teaching behavioral pattern on mechanical courses attechnical colleges. It was found that teaching behavioral pattern suggested by administratorswere as follows: punctuality on teaching , responsible for assigned work , well command ofsubjects taught , teaching preparation , being interested in technical knowledge and newtechnology. Instructors suggested the following theoretical teaching behavioral pattern: lessonintroduction , questioning , Wing of experiences , summary of previoas lessons , teaching byusing audio visual aids or other teaching materials ; and measurement and evaluationaccording to technical colleges regulation. In workshop and labolartory teaching the instructorsshould provide models or real objects , provide1 clear explanation with demonstration andobserved students practice. At the end of students operation , the instructors had to discusswith students and then gave conclusion. By the training , the measurement and evaluationwere to be done periodically, The students perfomance had to be met with the objectives ofteaching and students should practice one by one. Three groups of respondents had same ideasabout teaching behavioral pattern. The problem was that a class had somany students.Environmental sitnations make noise, The solution suggested is that the mnuber of studentshould be appmpriate.
