Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนการผลิตยางพาราแผ่นดิบ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มผลกำไรการผลิตยางพาราแผ่นดิบของเกษตรกรผู้ผลิต ยางพาราแผ่นดิบในอำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ประชากรได้แก่ เกษตรกรที่ผลิตยางพารา แผ่นดิบ จำนวน 249 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ผลการวิจัยผลพบว่า 1) ต้นทุนและผลตอบดทนยางพาราแผ่นดิบ เกษตรกรมีรายได้ จากากรจำหน่ายยางพาราแผ่นดิบอยู่ที่ 50,000 – 10,000 บาท มีต้นทุนการผลิตแยกเป็นต้นทุนผัน แปรเฉลี่ย 5,350 บาทต่อไร่ และต้นทุนคงที่เฉลี่ย 3,505 บาทต่อไร่ มีค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นค่าปุ๋ยบำรุงดิน ค่าจัดซื้อเครื่องพ่นสารเคมีพร้อมอุปกรณ์เป็นส่วนมาก ส่วนใหญ่เกษตรกรกู้เงินจากธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์มาใช้ในการลงทุน 2) แนวทางในการลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มผลกำไรในการผลิตยางพาราแผ่นดิบ เกษตรกรเลือกการเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดในการเพิ่มผลกำไรการผลิตยางพาราแผ่นดิบ ควรลดต้นทุนการผลิตโดยใช้ทรัพยากรในการผลิตอย่างคุ้มค่ามีประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุนด้านเครื่องจักร ด้วยการทำความสะอาดและดูแลบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้และอุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้อยู่เสมอ และลดต้นทุนที่เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายด้านแรงงาน โดยใช้แรงงานภายในครัวเรือนเป็นหลัก

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the cost and return of rubber sheet production and 2) to study the approaches for reducing cost and increasing profit of rubber sheet production of farmers in Lahansai District, Buriram Province. The population of the study was 249 farmers producing rubber sheet with simple random sampling. The research instrument was 5-rating scale questionnaire with 95% confidence interval. The results revealed that, 1) in terms of cost and return of rubber sheet production, farmers earns an income from selling rubber sheet at 50,001 – 100,00 baht. The production cost was divided into variable cost at 5,350 baht per Rai and fixed cost at 3,505 baht per Rai. Most of the production cost was for fertilizer for soil improvement and sprayer and its accessories. Most farmers borrow money from Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives for planting. 2) In terms an approach of reducing cost and increasing profit of rubber sheet production, the farmers have chosen to increase market channel for increasing the profit of the production. On the other hand, they reduce the production cost by using the production resource efficiently and effectively. Also they reduce the cost machinery by keeping maintenance regularly. In addition, they reduce the cost of labor expenses by using the household labor mainly.
