Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานตามพันธกิจอุดมศึกษาของ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเครือข่ายสหวิทยาการแห่งราชบัณฑิตยสถาน ภาคกลาง 2) ศึกษาระดับความเป็น สถาบันอุดมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพการบริหารตามพันธกิจอุดมศึกษา กับความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และบุคลากรสนับสนุน จ านวน 345 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมส าเร็จรูป ทางสถิติ โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน ที่ระดับความมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานตามพันธกิจอุดมศึกษา ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาใน เครือข่ายสหวิทยาการแห่งราชบัณฑิตยสถานภาคกลาง ในภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงล าดับดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านการบริหารงานวิจัย ด้านการ บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการบริหารบุคลากร 2) ระดับความเป็น สถาบันอุดมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเครือข่ายสหวิทยาการแห่งราชบัณฑิตยสถานภาค กลาง ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงล าดับดังนี้ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านนวัตกรรม ด้านบุคลากร ด้าน การจัดการความรู้ ด้านการบริหาร และด้านผู้บริหาร 3) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างการบริหารงาน ตามพันธกิจอุดมศึกษากับความเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ในระดับปานกลางถึงสูงมาก (r=.469 ถึง .897) สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ โดยการบริหารสถาบันตามพันธกิจอุดมศึกษาด้านการ บริหาร ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร และด้านการบริหารงานวิจัย มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความเป็น สถาบันอุดมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านผู้บริหาร

Abstract: This research objectives were 1) to study the state of administrative role of higher education institute of the Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Institute of Thailand. 2) to study the excellence of higher education institute of the Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Institute of Thailand. 3) to study the relation between the state level of administrative role of higher education and the excellence of higher level institutions of the Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Institute of Thailand. The research tools also include of questionnaire and structural interview from 345 instructors and support educational personnel. The data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient with the confident level at 95%. The results of the study were 1) The state of administrative role of higher education institute of the Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Institute of Thailand were a moderate rating as a whole, in sequence as academic administration, art and culture administration, research administration, academic and social welfare, organizing, and personal administration. 2) The excellence of higher education Institute of the Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Institute of Thailand were a moderate rating as a whole, in sequence as academic administration, innovation, personal administration, knowledge management, organizing, and educational administrator. 3) There were a positive relation between the state level of administrative role of higher education and the excellence of higher level institution, rating as a whole were a moderate to highest (r=.469 to .897) that accept hypothesis. Especially the aspects of the state educational administration role of higher education as organization, personal administration, and research administration were positive relation to the excellence of higher education institutions in aspects of educational administrator.
