Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study current states and problems of school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations, to develop the school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations, and to evaluate the school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The qualitative data were collected from documents, semi-structured interviews with 4 school administrators, and focus group discussions with 10 experts, and then analyzed by content analysis. The quantitative data were collected from 321 samples through questionnaires consisting of utility, propriety, feasibility and accuracy.
The research results were as follows:
1. The current states and problems of school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations were on job description structure, lack of technology, insufficient and inefficient personnel, and lack of good governance and transparency resulting to students and concerned communities.
2. Development of the school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations consists of 4 parts: 1) Introduction; corporate social responsibility principle, objective, and school environment, 2) School administration process on corporate social responsibility; school administration composition, corporate social responsibility composition, and school administration method, 3) Implementation; preparation, operation and assessment, and 4) Implementation Conditions.
3. The evaluation results of school administration model on corporate social responsibility of schools under the local administrative organizations were at the high levels in 4 aspects overall. The highest level was on utility, followed by propriety, feasibility, and accuracy respectively.
