Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the resource mobilization for educational administration under Bureram Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples consisted of 335 informants: 27 school administrators by the purposive random sampling technique and 308 teachers, selected by the stratified random sampling technique. The research tool was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.83. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean ,and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by T-test and F-test. The statistically significant level was set at .05.
The findings of this research revealed that:
1. The resource mobilization for educational administration under Bureram Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall at a moderate level. Taking each aspect into consideration, all aspects were at a moderate level. In addition, the highest average score was the material resources and the lowest average score was the management resources.
2. Having compared the opinions of school administration and teachers about the resource mobilization for educational administration under Bureram Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by their position status and schools size, it was overall found that there was significantly different at the statistical level of .05. Taking each aspect into consideration, all aspects were significantly different at the statistical level of .05.
