Abstract:
This research intended to study the opinion level on marketing media of customers using loan service on people banking project of Government Saving Bank. The influence of each marketing media was also examined. The 400 respondents were customers using loan service on people banking project. Questionnaire was used as research data collecting tool. Data were analyzed using statistic techniques of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way Anova, Fishers Least Significant Difference and Factor Analysis.
