Abstract:
The purposes of this study were: 1) to study types of organizational culture in security guard organization, Bangkok and perimeter, 2) to study the employees job satisfaction in security guard organization, 3) to study the correlation between the organizations cultural and the employees job satisfaction in security guard organization. The researcher used the questionnaires which were the research tool for collecting the data. The sample size in the research comprised 384 personnel who are working at security guard organization in Bangkok and perimeter. The researcher used the simple random sampling method. The data was analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA), and Scheffe's multiple comparison test.
The results were as follow; 1) the employees thought that they worked for chain of command in their organizations cultural. It was rated at the highest, 2) the employees were satisfied in job categories because of self-esteem when other employees accepting them. It was rated at the highest, 3) types of organizations cultural are correlated to job satisfaction as follow; a) type of clan organization culture affected to the employees job satisfaction, income, and supervision, b) adhocracy or developmental organization culture affected o, income, development and supervision, c) hierarchy organization culture affected to office, d) market or rational organization culture affected to supervision and human beings or colleagues. Statistical significance was .05.
