Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นเมืองสังขะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ก่อนเรียน และภายหลังการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมกลุ่มสาระสังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสหมิตรวิทยา ตำบลสะกาด อำเภอสังขะ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำนักเขตงานพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Standard Deviation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการทำแบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนโดยใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะทั้ง 10 แผน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 81.15 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 100 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.15 และคะแนนจากการทำแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 17.80 และ 24.90 จากคะแนนเต็ม 30 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.33 และ 83.00 2. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้มีประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ (E1) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.15 และมีประสิทธิภาพของผลลัพธ์ (E2) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.00 ดังนั้น แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.15/83.00 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนโดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.5820 ซึ่งแสดงว่า นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.20 3. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นสังขะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 3.87) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน This study aimed : 1) to create a supplementary reading book on the topic Sangkha Local History according to Social Studies, Religious Culture for students in drade five, the efficiency of 80/80, 2) to study the achievement of students in grade five before and after learning by reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History according to social Studies, Religious Culture, and 3) to the satisfaction of students with the 5th year to learn by reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History according to Social Studies, Religious Culture subject. The samples used in the research were 20 participants from Prathomsuksa 5 who enrolled the 2nd semester of Academic year 2015 in Sahamitrwitthaya School under the Surin Primary Educational Service Office Area 3. Research tools comprised of a supplementary reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History, achievement tests (pre-test and post-test), and a satisfactory questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed for percentage, and standard deviation using SPSS program for windows. The results showed as the followings. 1. The average formative test’s score of Prathomsuksa 5 students who had been taught using the supplementary reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History was 81.15 marks out of to 100 marks (81.15%). In addition, the study also showed that the average scores of achievement tests (pre-test and post-test) were 17.80 marks, respectively. 2. The process-E1 of the learning management plan was equal to 81.15% and the product-E2 was equal to 83.00%. As a result, it could be said that the efficiency of learning activities management plans applying the supplementary reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History for Prathomsulsa 5 students in the 1st semester of Academic Year 2015 was equal to 81.15/83.00 which was higher than the specified criteria. On the other hand, the study also revealed that the effective index of learning activities management plan according to this present study was equal to 0.5820.Further, the study also showed that the normalized gains of students who had been taught using the supplementary reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History was equal to 58.20% Moreover. 3. Student Satisfaction with learning lesson plans using supplementary reading book on the topic of Sangkha Local History according to Social Studies, Religious Culture and cultural subject, with a high level (x ̅ = 3.87). It was found that the consideration in each aspect was in high level.
