Abstract:
Research to develop a model for development teachers by internal supervision in schools had taken 1) to study the documents and related research to determine the conceptual research 2) creating a model 3) Development by focus group discussion 4) summary and presents a model for development teachers by internal supervision in schools. The sample was administrators and teachers in basic school at Trat 335 people by the size of the sample by the square of Krejcie and Morgan were used in focus group discussion 15 were composed of teachers in basic school at Trat for possible to use and complete.
The results showed that
A model for development teachers by internal supervision in schools.
1. Direct assistance by promoting encourage the supervisor to provide quality teaching and learning activities, providing books, documents, and books for study. Counseling, instructional activities. Study visit both on and offsite. Supervisor help and advice sequence of needs and necessities that need to develop, improve, bring out the highlighted issues. Weak points to analyze for improvement.
2. Group development by performing tasks that focus on creating or developing a team. Education understanding and experience for the members, how to work by the purpose of the group, how to work by taking the role of a member. Use creativity to solve teamwork problems. Use creativity to develop teamwork and role both leader and follower.
3. Professional development by promoting encourage supervisors to have knowledge. Understanding the subjects taught principles and techniques of teaching encourage the supervisors to have knowledge. Understanding students encourages teachers to work with parents and the community. Provide assistance in the provision of documentation, supportive texts, good attitude towards the profession, teacher support, creativity, and moral support.
4. Curriculum development by the preparation and use of the curriculum. An order appointing a working group to develop the curriculum. The sufficient and appropriate instructional media. The practical training workshop on curriculum development, including textbooks for teachers. The course evaluations for students and parents who are involved, supervised, monitored, and reported.
5. Action research by promoting support for teaching and learning activities using research process. Research can be used as part of a solution. Research in development, teaching activities and other activities can be used. Provide research papers, support financing of research equipment and give advice and participate in research.
