Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ จังหวัดตราด 2) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ จังหวัดตราด ผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาในเขตจังหวัดจันทบุรี ระยอง และตราด จำนวน 20 คน การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบมีการแทรกแซง ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอนหลัก ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ จังหวัดตราด ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ จังหวัดตราด และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสรุป นำเสนอและถ่ายทอดผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษจังหวัดตราด ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะที่ควรส่งเสริมใน 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านความรู้ เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลบริบทของพื้นที่ 2) ด้านเจตคติ คือ ความรัก ความตระหนักในคุณค่า และคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมต่อการประกอบอาชีพ และ 3) ด้านทักษะ คือ การใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร และความสามารถด้านอาชีพที่มีความเกี่ยวเนื่องกับเกษตรกรรมและการท่องเที่ยว 2. การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ จังหวัดตราด ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ คือ 1) การพัฒนาความตระหนักรู้ 2) การศึกษาบริบทพื้นที่ 3) การวางแผนการเรียนรู้ปฏิบัติการ 4) การปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่ และ 5) การสรุปและสะท้อนผลการเรียนรู้

Abstract: The aims of this research were 1) to study the knowledge of the occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province 2) develop the learning organization for enhance the occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province. The research participants were twenty students from the universities in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces. This study was a qualitative research with intervention. The research consisted of three steps: 1) study the data about the development of the occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province; 2) the development of the learning organization for enhance the occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province and 3) the conclusion of the research results. The findings were as follows: 1. The occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province included the competency in 3 domains : 1) the knowledge of the based-area data 2) attitude of love, realized in the value and to be properly characteristic for the occupation and 3) skill of communicative language and the capability about agriculture and tourism. 2. The learning organization for enhance the occupational competency for students in higher education to develop the special economic zone : Trat province consisted of 4 main steps; 1) the making awareness 2) the study of the local area 3) the planning of the practice 4) the practice in the area and 5) the learning of conclusion and reflection .
