Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study wood processing industry s supply
chain performance index and develop Lean-SCOR Model program to measure supply
chain performance by using Lean Supply Chain Operation Reference Model ( Lean-
SCOR Model) by applying the principle of the SCOR model along with lean
manufacturing.
The results of this study can summarize the main problem of the business
operator based on the supply chain reliability, responsiveness, and flexibility. The
problems that have been occurring in each activity within the supply chain were
collected and analyzed by interviewing experts in each area. The results of the study
showed that most of the problems that impact on the performance of the supply
chain operations of the three companies are not different including inefficient
production process and product damaged during transportation and waiting for raw
materials from suppliers and test Lean- SCOR Model Program with case study
manufacturing for compare problem in database with case study.

The result of Lean- SCOR Model program for measure supply chain
performance. User in program can assign standard of measure for suitable in their
company or use standard in program that is good performance at 100% - 95% normal
performance at 94.99% - 90% and poor performance at 89.99% - 0%.
The program can conclude main problem of the wood processing industry
Each non- value added activity was also investigated and serves as a guideline for
increasing the productivity and effectiveness of wood industry factories in the future.
Then develop decision support system for guide company s board to make decision
in improvement project.
